As another reviewer mentioned, the staff are not trained or licensed massage therapists rather they are the Korean women who do the Korean style scrubs and massages. I went there with my husband for a couples special to celebrate his birthday. the service was adequate and the spa was clean. We were able to get a late night appointment which is rare. We got private alone time in the massage room after our massages to enjoy champagne and fresh fruit. Looking up at the walls and ceiling while receiving my scrub I noticed a lot of black mold that had accumulated from the moisture. It was a real turnoff which is why I rated this spa a 3.

My estitician was superb. She had years of experience and worked as a consultant on many skin care lines. I had a wonderful microdermabrasion with a soothing mask afterwards. The gym and cafe here are also excellent quality. This place is top shelf!

I hate pink nail spas and I'm very sensitive to the smells. this place is decorated in a lovely green color, complimentary tea, great magazines television, massage chairs. When you are spending an hour and a half to get the uv nails, that is important. Michelle my nail person was very competent and spoke fluent English which I appreciated. I will be a regular here. Prices are reasonable.

I've been here for injections and laser treatments. Bruce Katz and his team are extremely competent doctors however as a day spa I would not particularly like to hang out here as it is the medispa experience.

This is another Korean type spa and the staff can seem abrasive if you are not familiar with Korean customs. The facility is beautiful and it is open late which is a real plus. The services are fairly pricey considering that the staff really are not licensed, but lovely skilled gals non the less. I'd go again for the atmosphere as a couple but as a women there are better Korean spas to frequent if I care for the style.

I'm a single mom, early 40s whose daughter goes off with dad over Christmas. I was looking for a spa I could travel to alone over the holidays that welcomed singles. I found it at Red Rock. Lots of single gals from late 20s to 70s traveling alone during the holiday, I had plenty of company.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me with every request I had from private dance workouts to rappeling. Exercise instructors were enthusiastic and took the time to learn everyone's name.

The massage therapists, like most spas, were a mixed bag. One wanted to work out my hidden emotional trauma, another was just physically frail. I did end up finding one to suit me who worked on me several times giving an excellent Thai and sports massage.

I gave three stars to the Spa Facilities because there was only one small crowded steam room and no indoor whirlpool for the winter and for those of us who just prefer to stay inside. Also there was no dry sauna which I found unforgiveable considering all the hiking/fitness classes that seriously require recovery time. I recommend booking over the phone as I got a much better rate than was offered on the website, literally a third less. I will definitely return.

I've been going to Michelle (& Robin) for Brazillian laser hair removal for the last year. I've been to many day spas and I have a license myself. I appreciate the experience that these ladies bring to the table. I have not noticed any staff turnover which I consider an excellent sign that the employees are treated well.

I highly recommend this spa.
