Angela has a habit of cancelling appointments at the last minute. Typically, she'll cancel an hour or so before the scheduled appointment. For my final appointment, she didn't even bother showing up! I received a phone call two hours after the scheduled time to say she was "sick" (again). Completely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
