I found the front desk staff to be extremely RUDE. I had arrived about 15 minutes before my hair appointment so I anticiapted a wait but not an HOUR. I should have walked out. But it was right before we were leaving for a trip and I need to get my hair done. The stylists kept gossiping about other staff and having inappropriate conversations. I felt like I was back in junior high. Highly unprofessional. The cut and color were just average. Not worth what I paid.

I would visit this business again? No

Hi Wendy. I was just made aware of your review and am very sorry for any wait you had and the coversations you were exposed to. I have addressed the issue with the managers of both departments. I hope you will give us a chance to show you how we have improved and how we can pamper you. Our hair department just returned from a color class and has new techniques and attitudes that I'm sure you would approve of.
