This is one of my all time favorites. Great Location, Great Specials all the time, And Great therapist (olga). You want to talk about someone who can read your body and know how to give a massage, whoa! i have already refferred several of my family and friends to this spa and they are now regulars too! Once i start my program search for the BEST Spa in America they are definitely on the LIST.

I forgot to review this spa, but i did visit this spa about a year and a half ago. I was expecting a bigger establishment. if i recall everything was all together. i got a pedicure special but where you wait to get serviced was right behind me, like no seperate space or wall to make it feel a lilttle private. Then the area in which i got my facial was very interesting and enclosed. Maybe there has been changes or improvements since my visit. My massage was ok but it was not the best. Every one deserves a chance and that is why i went to this spa and got all three services to see how they were in all areas but i was not impressed. Great speicials and deals though

Well after visting Disney and Universal Studios, I tried choosing a Spa that was away from all the attractions etc.......and they had a first time client special. I thought i was getting a double deal. Well I was visiting Florida and got a little turned around as to find the Spa in the Plaza and ended up being 4-5 mins late. I was taken right in,(bwt my apt was at 12:30?) so by the time i completed my paperwork it was about 12:40 which includes the 4-5 mins i was late. Staff was very nice and pleasant but by the time i got into my room and my therapist entered it was another 5 mins. Well to sum it all up i always check my clocks before my massage and when my massage was complete only 40 mins had passed. Some may say well it was only ten minutes and i say i felt cheated out of my whole hour massage. I dont like feeling rushed and that is how i felt after the 40 min massage was done

This spa is very affordable for the great service that you receive. It's located in a good area. i wish it was a little bigger but overall the when you visit you would have a great experience

service was good but the facility wasnt as tropical as the name. i did enjoy myself i guess i got hooked on thinking i would be entering a tropical oasis of a spa. Don't get me wrong the atmosphere was cool just not what i expected....i may go back again in the future if im around in that area

It was a little smaller than the Spa's i usually attend, but it made it more upfront and personable, because I had a great time with my service technician laughing and joking about life in general. But I am also used to walking into soft fragrances or aromatherapy scents when i enter a Spa, but wasnt the case here. It seems to relax you more. Also i would have appreaciated more time with the scrub part of my pedi since i paid the ($25 difference from the regular pedi especially for that). It was rub on rub off kinda thing. I thought it was supposed to be more of an exfoliation process but i could have been mistaken. No i didnt think to ask because it happended so quick. Some food for thought: implement some pleasant sounds & scents and a little more time with the amenities of a $45 pedi :), this wont deter me from trying this Spa again possibly for a different service.

Since i am searching for the best spa in America, I may have found it. I took the opportunity to visit during Wellness Week and brought a referral with me. Guess who is already booked for another treatment..........Yes me and two more referrals and maybe adding to that list making it a total of 6 referrals. Everything was perfect and i could not have asked for anything more, whew What a Spa

My therapist did a good job. I like the fact that i was acknowledgded as soon as i entered the Spa, the young lady even took my coat for me and hung it up. I understood the theme of the Spa it was just a little unusual for me maybe a splash of color somewhere would have eased me in the relaxation area, but it wont keep me from going back..

It was a new experience for me, but i loved it. Would do it all over all again if the special comes around.

This Spa has specials all the time, I love it. The treatements are usually pretty decent each time i go back, I mean you can't beat it 50% off any massage........... see ya! at TKI

They had an excellent spa special that i could not pass up, i even brought 3 more friends with me. Now i wish they did have a referral program then i would get lots of points. This massage i got was how i wanted it to turn out. The price was right and i walked out of there feeling like i was floating on air. Once i start my program and search for the BEST spa in America TKI will be on the list.

interesting spa. the parking i was not happy about but i suppose it was worth it. I wasn't too fond of the massage room but the experience was pretty good. i would recommend it, which i already have.

When you first go in you are fooled, the building is obiviously an old hotel of some sort and your massage room is spacious because it is a hotel room. The rooms could have used a lil more spic and span along with removing the old hotel furniture out of the rooms and dress them up to appear more spa like. NOT TO MENTION the spider webs and other bugs visible outside your spa room because there were sliding doors connected to it with a curtain over the sliding doors. I was also concerned if anyone could see me changing thru the curtain because i could hear people talking across from the spa rooms at what i believe is another actual hotel or place of business
