The spa was very nice inside, from the outside I probably would not have thought twice about booking an appointment b/c it is in an older building not really next to anything. The massage was good/average, but nothing mind blowing. They do offer steam showers, but I believe there is an additional charge. The spa was clean and the employees were polite/nice.

Before my service, I waited in a seating area in the front of the spa. It was a small space with some magazines to read, but not a relaxing atmosphere. My friends and I did not change into robes/slippers prior to the service. I was shown to my treatment room and told to undress then put my belongings in a basket (in the room). The therapist was very nice and knowledgeable. The scrub treatment was ok, maybe because I thought there was more to it. The scrub involved the therapist applying a sugar scrub to arms/back/legs and wiping it off with a hot towel then putting oil/moisturizer on. My friends who had massages said they were some of the best they ever had. (Highly recommended) My friend who had a scrub felt it was just ok. Maybe adding a short massage to the service would have made it better. I do not have any complaints about the spa, but would say it was an average experience.

Note: Greenhaus lacks some of the amenities and luxuries I am used to when visiting a day spa. (Space for comfortable lounging, fully stocked ladies and gentlemen's lounge areas, personal lockers, robes and slippers and refreshments). This fact affects my overall experience.

I went to Lana's Beauty Zone because of the SpaFinder deal days special. I had an express facial. I saw really great results even for a short treatment. My skin was smoother, softer and my complexion was better. Lana is a very sweet lady who has been working as an Esthetician for many years. She does her best to make you feel comfortable in her spa.

I rated atmosphere slightly lower because the building is a little older and it shakes when the Karate students have class next door.

The Spa staff are very friendly and helpful. My friends and I went for a girls afternoon at the Spa and we felt the experience was fine. Some of us got facials and the others got massages. My skin looked revitalized and glowing after the facial. The lady's locker room feels a bit squished and the walls of some of the rooms are a little thin (could hear talking during my service). The spa typically has decent monthly promotions, which is a main reason for my return visits.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet (soft music playing), dim lighting, and very relaxing; feels like you are away from the hussle of the bay area. I have had numerous massages (swedish and deep tissue) and facials (Vitamin C & Papya facial, Signature facial, Organic facial) at Spa of Los Gatos, all fabulous! Each therapist takes a couple minutes in the beginning of each service to understand what you would like to get out of the service (if you are here for pampering or if you have a special need, i.e. an event or a massage for muscle pain) One time I came in for a massage with intense muscle tightness in my shoulder/back. The massage therapist really focused on the areas that hurt and suggested stretches to do to prevent reoccurance. The steam shower really intensified the work done during the massage. I was relaxed and without pain for the first time in a couple weeks! I am a repeat client and highly recommend this Spa.

Spa Elia is clean, quiet and relaxing. The waiting area is dim with soft music playing. The lady's locker room has a sauna, steam shower, lockers and shower. I got a massage from Christine and it was fantastic. I like heavy/medium pressure and Christine did just that...it was incredibly relaxing. The staff are all very friendly/nice and do not push the products. I will definitely be back.

From the front desk receptionist to the therapists, everyone was very nice and professional. The tub/steam rooms are quite large and felt isolated (in a good way, you do not want to hear people in the room next door talking while you are trying to relax) I had a mud body wrap for the first time. The mud wrap comes includes a steam, dry brush, mud, facial, rinse and massage. This service is wonderful because you get a little bit of everything. I was very calm and relaxed after my service...I can not wait to go back again!
