I have been going to Red Door for over 7 years. I love Niameh for eyebrow threading and facials. She is simply the best in Chicago.

Red Door Spa is a great treat and the staff are experts at their craft. The rooms are relaxing and I always try to arrive early to take full advantage of all the amenities.

I highly recommend Niameh for eyebrows and any of the ladies for manicures and pedicure.

Your money is well spent here!

Looks and feels more a hair salon. I didn't get a spa vibe at all.

They advertise that they are experts at hair color.

Not only did they not cover my grays properly but the hair cut I received was just awful. I wouldn't go back for my hair needs.

Step out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago into the tranquility of Kiva.

I loved the delicious tea that I was served while waiting for my massage.

The dressing rooms and showers were nice. Overall, the place seemed small, but very, modern, peaceful, clean and staff friendly.

The massage was wonderful and overall experience top notch.

I would highly recommend Kiva. Prices are high, but comparable to the area.

I had a massage by Joyce. It was relaxing and she was friendly.

You'd never know this place was a spa from the outside, not really great looking. Once inside the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the massage room is peaceful and relaxing.

Love the Dermalogica prodcuts.

Really relaxing and beautiful spa. From massage to pedicure, the staff is top notch.

Vanis also sells Aveda products and Dermalogica products.

Downsides - a tad expensive. And the haircuts aren't stellar.

Overall, I'd totally love to get another gift certificate to this place for a facial or massage, manicure/pedicure!

Vaska is excellent at eyebrow waxing. She really is the best in the region!
