This spa is tucked away behind the Best Western Hotel near the airport. Unless you know it is there, it would be easy to overlook... Turn right into the parking lot where a separate entrance at the back of the hotel leads to Club physique.
Located on the ground floor, the spa is small but very clean. I've been there several times and always feel as if it is my own oasis of tranquility as the spa is never too busy.
I usually request Pavlina who always delivers a good deep tissue massage but most therapists are trained in special techniques and the other staff seem equally professional.
I'm told that the pool is somewhat small but has warm, saline water; during the recent renovations, a lovely rain shower feature has been added that was added. I'm thinking of trying it out next time. There are showers and fresh towels on hand.
This place is great for traveling professionals but a smart choice for Montrealers who want to avoid the downtown traffic and parking fees.
I would visit this business again? Yes
