I set up a massage and pedi a week in advance. Got a confirmation call 2 days before hand. Set up a babysitter for my 2 year old. Ah, mommy gets a break.
An hour before my appointment they call and say their therapist is now "unavailable" but I am welcome to pay for a facial instead. WTF?? My whole day was ruined, had to pay a sitter for not sitting. I will never use them again.
I would visit this business again? No
