This is a very simple spa experience that is not in any way pretentious. It's small, cozy and basic. Services are good and there are a variety of activities that are not too demanding. While young twenty somethings may not find the classes not challenging enough, the older crowd will appreciate the opportunity to get moving. Only an outdoor pool is available. Food is not the most appetizing,but will help most lose a few pounds. Friendly staff and guests. Good value for the money.
I would visit this business again? Yes
