This was my first expereince with Destino Spa and I booked an appointment for a facial. My esthetician was Julie and she was great! The ambience of the spa was delightful and really inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a groupon for a facial and had a terrible treatment from one of the estheticians. She obviously did not know what she was doing and the extractions were so painful, I started crying midway through them. I receive facials at least once month and have been in so much pain during the extraction process.

In addition, this spa reminded me of a motel that the owner tried to fancy up with some throw pillows. If you want a relaxing spa experience you will not find it here.

This was my third visit to Skin Basics Bodycare Studio for the Benefit Facial with Kelli and it was fabulous as always! Kelli listened to my skin concerns and modified my facial for my particular skin type. She is very professional and fun to talk to. I have been to many spas for facials and this is by far the best! I will definitely book another treatment with Kelli soon.

I was excited to try out this spa after reading all of the rave reviews, but unfortunately I was thoroughly disappointed. My masseuse failed to ask me about the pressure she was using on me and I was actually in pain most of the time. I finally summoned the courage to tell her that the pressure was a little too much for me, yet she continued to inflict pain. I was in pain for three days afterward. I will never return to this spa because of this experience. Spas should be a relaxing experience, not a painful one.
