Amazing Spa! Perhaps my favorite!

This may well be my favorite spa, anywhere! The service is wonderful, right down to the tranquil, serene surroundings including the staff that learns quickly who you are and discretely and quietly come to find you when your treatment room is ready – it’s as if they walk on air, ensuring they do not jar you or disturb the others enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the hydrotherapy or relaxation area. The treatments I’ve had were all fantastic, and the surroundings are some of the most beautiful anywhere!

This spa is one of my very favorite, from the Terme baths and treatments, waterfall showers, local specialties to the ability to have some treatments outdoors enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. The atmosphere is stunning... with one exception... I found it lacking in serenity when the staff came out and yelled across the baths and facilities for the next person to have treatment. And I mean YELLED! Having been at another very tranquil spa before that, this was shocking! Aside from that, I can tell you I loved the treatment, service, and surroundings.
