went for a 'Spa Day'
The facilities are resaonable, although fairly basic, the treatments good, but we found the spa overcrowded and understaffed, and staff (esp on Spa reception) were rude and unprofessional, which spoiled what should have been a relaxing day.
It compared proorly to other, simil.ar days elsewhere - I would not recommend it
