Allure is NOT a Day Spa. It is an average looking hair salon that offers overpriced spa services in their unused space. I scheduled a massage, facial and pedicure. The rooms they used for these services were cold, both in looks and temperature. I was freezing the entire time. There was absolutely no spa ambiance. The rooms had stained and dirty ceiling tiles. The 'massage room' looked it had been a storage room. A cheap attempt for atmosphere was made in the 'facial room' but fell way short. The pedicure was done in a room the size of a large closet. There was a hard wooden bench for a seat and a tiny porcelain bathroom sink for a foot soak. No jets. No massage chair. Just a bench and a sink. I had to put my feet on the technicians knees for her to reach them. Unbelievable. Both the facial and the pedicure were mediocre at best. I did not enjoy the facial. It was very basic. There were only a handful of polish choices for the pedicure and I had to ask for base coat. I was very uncomfortable sitting on the hard bench and had to put cushions behind my back for support. My time at Allure was a very unpleasant and the worst 'spa' experience I have ever had. I will NOT return to Allure and cannot recommend it!
