Start with the good: Commendable machines, equipment, LED light treatment facilities. parking easy. Doctor doing acupuncture smokes or is around smoke could smell it on her as she did acupuncture. I question her skills and ability as she was clumsy with the needles and did not bother to give a diagnosis. Sales staff, aggressive guys, heard them doing the hard sell on the phone while waiting for my appointment. They sound real good on the phone and polite till they have your credit card information. Very impersonal and offhandish after.
Pricing complicated and expensive. Better off to pay exhale for that price and get a much better experience.

Marc is articulate, knowledgeable, does not do any hard sell and is genuinely interested in recommending the best for you skincare needs. Having been to a lot of different spas, he definitely had the most state of the art machines and skin care products. I went for the spa deal $50 special and he treated me as if I had paid the full $275 for the hour and a half treatment.
His spa is a little tight on space, so get there a bit earlier to be ready to jump right in.
