I purchased "The Works" package as a birthday gift for myself. What was intended to be a relaxing day at the spa turned out to be a disaster. First, I was having trouble locating the place and the receptionist kept giving me the wrong directions. When I finally arrived (15 minutes late) I was told that my body wrap treatment had to be cut down to 30 minutes!!! Also, the woman who performedmy facial did a botched job because my nose was bruised for two weeks due to the fact that she was too rough when attempting to do extractions. Overall it was the worse spa experience I have ever had!

I would visit this business again? No

I see your last visit was on April 4th 2009?? For the services that you described... Why would you leave feedback a year later? And, to add why wouldn't you call us and discuss your result after the facial? Your Aesthetician a YEAR ago, who is no longer with our company, yet had many regulars with great reviews. It is clear while reserving time at the spa, our policy and "time" is reserved for you. If you arrive late, would it be fair to make the next reservation wait while they are on time? Or if someone else was late, and your time was disturbed while you were on time? Of course every situation is different, and if there isn't another appointment, and you arrive late we will be happy to offer you your full service time. Our team gives their best do make everyone happy. The only way we can make it better is if you leave your comments at the desk or with a Manager. Last, Map quest is available on our website for help to locate us on Covert Avenue. Our desk will do their best to offer directions. However, step by step directions are not our responsibility for you to arrive on time.

I visited this spa for the first time as a b-day treat and scheduled the full 7-hour spa package. Despite the fact that the spa is located in an awkward shopping plaza, the service could not be beat. The facilities were VERY clean, the atmosphere relaxing and the spa lunch delicious. When I was transferred to the nail services section I was surprised to see an array of customers on a Monday (in the middle of the day). That alone spoke volumes and shows that Fantastic Spa must have a big and loyal following.

I would recommend this spa for anyone who is particular about service and atmosphere - the staff certainly delivers!!!
