Starting with the staff greating, continuing to the WONDERFUL warm ginger drink, through the massage, and finishing with checkout - WONDERFUL experience.

Staff was gracious and warm.

Massage was WONDERFUL!!!

Checkout was low key - no pressure to buy from their store items, etc!

I WILL be back!

I have been to this facility a few times.

I have to say that the Vichy Shower followed by a massage is NOT to be missed! This is SOOOO wonderful - makes me wish I could have this process weekly (or even more often)!

The only problem I ran into on my first visit is that they do not allow you to put the "tip" on a credit card. I had to make an ATM run and come back or I wouldn't have been able to tip my provider (who was WONDERFUL and deserved a generous tip). However, for future visits, I just made sue to make the ATM run in advance.
