Everytime I go to this spa they over exceed my expectations every time. I have had the same treatment there each time with two different staff memebers and I must say they have been wonderful. I do hold my own esthetician's licenses but I always enjoy trying new spas and treatments. I live in Boca Raton and travel 30 minutes to experience this spa!

I have to say I am very dissapointed...I had scheduled a 80 minute massage for me and my fiance on a Sun morning. We were early for our appointments and sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes when the front desk told us we were unable to get our massages because the therapist went to the emergency room. I find it really hard to believe that we sat there for 10 minutes and knew nothing before then. So needless to say they did even try and accomodate us by rescheduling or anything...I will NEVER go back here. Poor service and very unorganized. Sad to say since I have been there before...But you pay for what you get...and maybe they need to train there people on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry for Lori's poor experience at Massage Envy. Unfortunately, emergencies do happen. Lori was the first appointment of the day and we didi not know the LMT was rushed to the emergency room a couples of hours before. We also found out when we called the LMT to see where she was. We did try to reschedule their appointments. Lori wanted it then, but unfortunately we did not have two other openings. We did offer a free half- hour for each and aromatherapy treatment on us- and tried to reschedule later in the day. They had other plans, and could not make it. I assume that Lori HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE BEFORE AND THAT IS THE REASON SHE CHOSE TO COME BACK, UPGRADE TO A 80 MINUTE MASSAGE, AND ALSO BRING HER FIANCE

I have been to this spa twice with my fiance and have had the couples retreat. This is a very romantic treament that starts with a foot ritual, then body scrub that feels like a massage! Then you rinse off together in the in room shower. Then followed by the most amazing and relaxing masssage. I am not sure what technique they use for the massage but I fell asleep both times. They finsh the treatment off with a couples bath. The best part of all of this is you never leave your room!!
