this is a great looking place when you first walk in, customer service very pleasant

my first time I set up appt on-line from their web site... it was confirmed via email . but when I showed up it had been a mistake and had to reschedule and they said they tried to get a hold of me.. verified my phone number and email address

staff stated on line booking has problems and you can't really trust it and its better if you call for an appt. but they would let their manager know

staff will do a phone call to confirm...or confirm by email. someone at the desk checking in there when I was leaving and there was a mix up in their appt also

my second appt I had and went great, but had to wait about 45 minutes and sally was great.. my lash extenesions were great I loved them..scheduled my next appt at the desk when I paid

Over heard 2 other people in the lobby had mixed up appts and had to be rescheduled

my third appt time was okay, didn't have sally.. lashes fell off my eyelashes very quickly.. I think she was new at doing them or doesn't do very many. made my next appt when I paid

my fourth appt i sat for 1 hour before they came and told me there must have been a mix up and i really didn't have an appt even though i received a confirmation, they gave me an LED trx and was allowed to use the sauna.to make up for the mix up ..staff will do a phone call to confirm...or confirm by email.

they were unable to get someone in that day so I had to reschedule. made an appt at the desk before leaving the spa

2 other people in the back with me and one in the lobby where there was a mix up with their appts and were being rescheduled also.

my fifth appt i sat waiting again about 45 minutes.double check to make sure everything was okay.. they said yes she was just behind .. the manager came out after another 15-20 minutes and aplogized about the lash appt. she had called in sick at the last minute.. they said they tried to call me but didn't have a valid number ... I said thats funny you have been calling me and emailing all along... but they had been calling some number they got from who knows where ... they offered another LED light and lash fill for free...set up an appt before I left the spa

my 6th appt i was waiting about an hour.. the lady arrvied did a fantastic job, my lashes look GREAT!!!!! they should hire her... made my next appt in 4 weeks before I left the spa

2 weeks before my next appt I called the spa to confirm that I had an appt and would be able to have a lash fill on my appt 03/27.. they said yes we have you down. I said are you sure? they said no problem someone will be here..

on friday 03/26 i called the spa to confirm if i still had a lash appt and would there be someone there to do my lashes. they said no problem.. I'm good to go, they show me having an appt. no problem

the morning of my appt i called to make sure i was still okay to come in and everything was good.. they told me yes come on in.. no problem

my 7th appt i waited 20 minuntes. wnet to the front desk and asked if all was okay my appt was at 1000.. they saidyes no problem.. she running behind.

waited 45 minutes and i saw the manager coming over to me.. i thought OMG not again.. she said she didn't know what happen they called her and all was well..she apologized profusely and offer an LED Trx and I took it.. I was so angry I was afraid to get in the car.. after the LED trx they still didn't know what happened but offered me to lounge around in the back excersie room and sauna.. but I said no. she asked if I wanted to wait in the trx room. I said no.. I'll wait in the lobby

she came over to me about 10 minutes later and offered me another LED appt and to do my lash fill for free... but not to make an appt. they will call me when they have it set up.. she couldn't get me out of there fast enough..

well guess what.. SHOCKER ... no one from the spa has called me to do a lash fill SHOCKER

well now its been 6 weeks since my last fill which way Tooooo long.

it seems this happens a lot.. to a lot of people

things happen, but time after time after time...

I have another salon and I'm gonna have to pay close to a new full set.
