Went here with my mom for her birthday. We had great massages (my first one ever). Then we headed in to get our Asha Signature Pedicures. The seats were comfy and the baths were great but we had barely soaked our feet before they drained all the water out. My mom's pedicurist had a cold sore and didn't wear gloves. My pedicurist was polite and pleasant but wore no gloves. It was snowy outside so we let our toes dry for about 20 minutes before attempting to put our socks and shoes on. The Pedicurists both came out yelling at us to not put our shoes on for another 40 MINUTES! We went downstairs and ignored them and left. Our toes were just fine with no smudging but they need to invest in a nail dryer and teach their employees not to yell at guests who have a lunch reservation and can't wait an hour to dry their toes. I'll go back for a massage but not nails.

My pedicurist kept asking me to do things and I couldn't understand her. I went with my friend so we could get our toes done together and we ended up in separate rooms. I prefer when they have all the pedicure tubs out in the open so we can chat while we have our nails done. Especially when I cannot even chat with the person doing my toes. The construction of the building was also lacking and ambiance was not very relaxing.

They overbooked for my friend and I to get mani/pedis. I was stuck in the waiting room while my friend had her appointment first. Someone else who showed up after me was sent in before me. No one ever came out to tell me what the delay was for, or to apologize or offer me a drink or anything. The receptionist kept disappearing from her desk and the lady cutting hair nearby was the only one who seemed to know what was going on. I get better service at the cheap places in the mall! The pedicurist was less than impressive.

My husband and I had the Love Side by Side massage and we both loved it. I only wish the room was a little darker for the massage. We did spend a fair amount of time waiting in the locker room but they had a lot of free amenities available during that time. There was no where in the locker room to change privately however and I don't really like stripping down in front of everyone. The nail salon was completely empty when I went in and they didn't offer me anything to drink or read while I sat for my 1.5 hour mani/pedi. The nail stylist just kept trying to sell me different products instead of letting me relax. The fingernail polish lasted about 5 days but they were very nicely done.

I had a wonderful hassle free pedicure here. Wish they had a spa like this around me!
