I took my Mom to the Spa on Mother's Day. The staffs are very professional, they let us know there was a delay and the reason. It a little bit hard to find the parking but the service I got was EXCELLENT! The price is very reasonable. I am for sure to going back again!

I made an appointment for an essential facial for my mom and me a back massage as a mother-daughter day outing! On the website, they have a spa lunch special for the essential facial $50 and a sweedish massage for $50. I was really excited because I purchased a gift card for my mom on Mother's day on Spa Finder which will be perfect for a relaxing afternoon! When I called and made an appointment, I gave the front desk my certificate # & my egift card # which total $100 and "clearly" asked about the promotion rate and she said its all good! When I came to our appointment, they told me the promotion they have cannot use my gift card or my certificates!!!!! I will have to pay for the full price, if I want to use them! I was really upset! I told them its not my fault, I clearly asked yesterday and she told me, "I'm sorry, she (the receptionist) didn't know." I really want to walk out but I know my mom really want a facial so I told them to do the facial for my mom and I'm not doing anything because I can't relax now how am I going to enjoy my massage?! So now, I'm sitting in the waiting area waiting for my mom and venting my frustration writing this review! Remember, their promotions does not accept the Spa Finder certificates or gift cards! It's not showing on the website I checked x2! Because their other staffs are nice and been apologetic I might try them some other time... Maybe
