My experience at this salon was less than desirable. I tend to want peace and relaxation when I go to a spa even if it’s just to get a pedicure and chair massage. I received a gift card for day spa and thought I would try this place. When I arrived there was a little girl who was the daughter of a co-worker whom had free range of the store with little outbursts here and there. One of the patrons was on her cell phone talking to her friend, on speaker phone, for the duration of her manicure. I was across the room and could hear their conversation and only could think about how selfish this person was. The same patron also brought her Chihuahua dog with her. The dog stayed in one spot, but barked ravenously at anyone who came near him. Again, neither of these experiences was peaceful or relaxing. When I spoke with the Manager about their cell phone policy she did not seem phased by the situation – I thought this was very poor customer service. Lastly, the girl who did my pedicure was great except that she only salted one leg and not the other. Not sure how one forgets to salt both legs. At that point I smiled knowing I would never return to Acqua Beauty Bar.
I would visit this business again? No
