Front desk employee was quite rude and unpleasant. I would not visit again.

I have gone to this Spa numerous times mainly for brazilian wax. When I first attended the spa I was assigned to one staff person to complete the service. I used the same staff person several times although I was not thrilled with her demeanor. I then decided to try another staff person that I ended up just feeling so comfortable with that I kept this person as my regular waxing person.
I returned to the spa several weeks ago, for facial, body massage and body scrub...spent a fortune on these services. Well for the facial I was assigned to the staff person that used to perform the wax services. Much to my surprise once we were in the room and I was settled in and relaxed she started giving me the THIRD DEGREE as to who I'm scheduling with and times I have been at the spa. I was so upset about her attitude as if I had to continue using her for MY services. I am the customer and I get to select the person I want to provide my services. Unfortunately, by the time I was done with my services the owner had left for the day and I was unable to complain about this staff person's attitude. Due to this highly UNPROFESSIONAL attitude I have reconsidered my continued service to Ultrabeauty Day Spa.
