Overall every one was very professional. I love the theme rooms. My massage was great. I have been to a few day spas and this was the first spa that offer lunch or dinner after your services. The rooms and front area were cleaned. But the bathrooms I did not like. Besides that I highly recommend this spa.

I visit the spa twice. First time everyone was nice . Second time. Different staff . This was by far the worst treatment ever. The facility was clean. But will not visit again.

This spa has valet service which was great. When entering the spa the front desk area is small. So if there is more than two people in the area it will seem to crowed. The waiting area was nice but dirty. They offer cucumber and lemon water. Which was great. The bathrooms were also dirty.I schedule a 60 minute massage. They were running behind. So they took me late. My massage was only for 40 minutes , but I had to pay for the entire 60. Also the massage therapist was awful . It was like she did not what to touch me. What a horrible feeling. I could not wait to get out of there. For all the money you pay and terrible service you receive. Maybe Saturdays are bad days.
