I have been seeing Jaime for about 5 years now and was thrilled when she opened her own place. She has done a great job of creating a really nice serene and peaceful environment at her spa.

I have been having massages for many years and have had them all over the world, and Jaime is one of the best therapists that I have had. She does a really good job of making sure to understand your physical condition that day in order to focus on what may be problematic at that time.

Jaime also tries hard to accomodate varying times and scheduling conflicts. She doesn't just tell you that the time you want is not available (if it isn't). She will try to work around you and move people to try to get you in.

I have been a client of Therapeutically Yours for about 4 or 5 years now, and will likely stay one for far longer than that. I have been a client of quite a few massage therapy establishments or salons that offer massage on their menu over the years, and the biggest complaint that I can voice regarding other places is the constant change and turnover in staff. As soon as you get comfortable with a therapist they are off to a different location or their days have changed or some other event has transpired that has forced me to make a change.

I have been seeing Jaime and Nicole at TY for the entire time that I have been a client, and they are both excellant therapists who don't seem to have any plans to leave anytime soon. That type of longevity in a field where people seem to come and go all the time says a lot about the spa.

The staff is always friendly, courteous and engaged in what they are doing. Sabrina, the spa owner and manager is always friendly and will always do whatever she can to try to accomodate. There have been numerous times when my ideal appointment time was not available, but before telling me that she couldn't accomodate me, Sabrina will work the phones to try to see if another client might be able to move a time around a bit in order to make everyone happy. Other places simply say no, that time is not available and if you're lucky they will take your number to call if there is a cancellation.

Excellant therapists and great customer service is a good combination for a day spa. TY is well worth trying if you have not been.
