A Great Belated Mother's Day

My mother and I had a wonderful experience at Spa 190! Having grown up in Brooklyn and currently living in Virginia, we had no idea how to get there. We did get a little lost and ended up arriving late. The staff person that I called for directions and to ask how our late arrival would affect our session was extremely courteous and friendly! When we arrived we checked in and our therapists came out to meet us. We were unable to receive our massages in the same room due to the late arrival. They made provisions so that we wouldn't have to cut the session short. They were very professional and the Swedish massages were heavenly. We were mistakenly overcharged, but the oversight was fixed without a problem. Despite it being further than expected and getting turned around, I would definitely visit again and try other services.
