I just recently moved to Stamford and frequent day spas. First time around I was certainly not impressed and planned on never going back. Due to last minute circumstances I was unable to get in anywhere else so I booked another apointment with them. They had openings for the services I requested that same day; this was either a sign that they were accomodating or they needed the business. I was much more satisfied with this visit. The hot stone massage was amazing but the facial could have been a little better. At one point the woman left the room for about 10 minutes and i think that time should and could have been spent pampering me (considering the price) even if i have a masque drying on my face.
Another aspect I really didn't enjoy was that i heard ever footstep and sound the staff made from outside of the room.
Overall I would definitely give it another shot but I am not yet loyal to this Spa. I will certainly continue my search for a better spa in the area.
