Very unhappy. I have enjoyed high-end spa and salon services all over the world and I'll NEVER go back here! The owner and staff are pretentious, condescending and obnoxious. The prices are unreasonable for the quality of their services, and although pretty, I felt it was lacking in cleanliness, sophistication and professionalism.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Plenty of fine establishments in the area.
The rest I'll discuss with customer services.
