The massage I had was the worst I had ever had! The guys hands were like sand paper & he was not experienced at all. When I asked him what he did really for a living he told me he was a drummer in a band I told him dont quit your not good at massaging. After my massage I went to take a shower and the electric went out in the building. The owner of the spa walked me across the parking lot to another building so that I could blow dry my hair in their lobby! After complaining to her about my message and then the electric going out she didnt even offer to discount my services. What a shame because the atmosphere was nice but, I will never go back there, thats for sure.

I would visit this business again? No

We pride ourselves in Customer Service . This situation happened in 2007,our first year of business . Yes, because of weather, our electric went out. Our client had somewhere to go after services and desperately needed to blow dry her hair. We owned the building next door, so I offered to see if we could find electric over at our other building . Unfortunately, there was no outlet in the bathroom , so she used the one in the lobby. I did everything humanly possible to help this client look presentable but unfortunately it wasn't enough.. As far as our male therapist, he is (in my opinion) very talented and I feel blessed to have him as part of our team. As I said, customer service is number one priority so if this client had let me know (at the time) she wasn't happy, maybe she would reconsider a return visit.
