Fell Short of my Expectations

A friend and I visited for facials, massage, manicures, and lunch. The overall atmosphere was relaxing - nice decor, quiet and soothing, delicious cucumber water. The facials and manicures were fantastic, and the massage was pretty good as well.
Even though we were very satisfied with the services, it was the final touches and small details that left a bad taste in our mouths. First of all, we arrived exactly on time, but they complained that we were late even though we were not told to come early when we booked the appointment. So, since changing time is NOT built into the overall appointment times, the spa did not allow us to eat the lunch that was supposed to be included in our package. Then, when we were checking out, the receptionist was rude (not even a hint of a smile on her face) and took a really long time to check us out.
Although the services at Eshe were very nice, the service left much to be desired.
I would visit this business again? No
