I was more stressed after I left than when I arrived!

The spa emailed me a special and then "conveniently" forgot to add it to my bill when I was checking out. When I reminded them about the special, I spent over 30 minutes trying to get them to process it correctly and then still had to come back later in the day because they were incapable of processing a 10% special for one day and 20% special for the next day! I cut my shopping in town short in order to return to process the bill, and it still wasn't straight. The next day, they still hadn't gotten it right. I had to get the better business bureau involved once I returned home!
All of the difficulties with the bill completely negated any relaxation I had from the overpriced services. Also, the toning & firming spa wrap isn't even applied to your stomach or buttocks which are the areas I especially wanted to firm!
I would visit this business again? No
