The facial was absolutely wonderful, but shorter than advertised, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Spafinders listed and confirmed my appointment for a 75 minute European Basic/Deep Cleansing Facial. The Spa itself list it as a 60 minute facial. It turned out to be about 40 minutes instead of the full hour I was expecting. A bit of a let down to an otherwise wonderful experience!
