i went to costa rica with no itinerary at all--on holiday week for the costa ricans.
this means hotel reservations, transportation, and everything else is difficult to lock down.
i took public transportation from san jose to manuel antonio and promptly went to raindrop spa for a facial/massage/body wrap combo.
best move i could have ever made.
they pampered me, they took care of me, they made me into a better version of myself, all with no advance notice.
i live in los angeles and i would equate the treatment i got at raindrop to any of our spas here--and you know we are known for our star quality.
I would visit this business again? Yes
