About 6 months ago I decided to get in shape and a coworker recommended getting a massage to kick start the process. I had no idea why a massage would help but my friend seemed to know what he was talking about so I went for it. I live on the Huntington Beach/Westminster border and Advantage Body Care was right by me + I read a ton of great reviews. Nick was in the spa that day so I met with him, he asked how I came to find their location so I told him about my weight goal, my coworker etc.
Little did I know that there are TONS of benefits to massage other then a relaxing time. I did not realize how it flushes out toxins in the body, helps on flexibility, and repair the muscles & the list goes on! I also injured my arm during a softball game. I went to my doctor and he basically told me there was not a lot he could do and to NOT use the arm for a few weeks. That didn’t sit well with me so I talked to Nick about it, we did a series of specific massages to the effected area and was back to playing in no time and the arm feels stronger than ever!!
I’ve been very pleased with my decision to work closely with Nick and whether you are looking for a one time massage or to improve your overall quality of health, then give him a call!
I would visit this business again? Yes
