I went along for my St Tropez and was 2 minutes late after running up Guidford high str due to traffic. The women behind the counter was very rude and said as I was late and I couldn't have it done. If they do not allow a couple of extra minutes for customers then what a poor outfit. There was only 1 person sat in recption and 4 Champneys workers stood around. I could understand if I was 10 mins late but 2. I had all my bridal party booked for July to be pampered and will now be cancelling due to vry poor attitude.
I would visit this business again? No
