I had such a bad experience just BOOKING the appointment, I ended up canceling the appointment while I was making it. The person that was doing the booking was incredibly rude. They wanted my entire credit card number including security code to book the appointment, and when I told her I didn't feel comfortable providing that information in a time of so much identity theft, she became even more rude. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying out several of the services. But, my thought is in a city like Dallas, there are PLENTY of other spas that will not be rude while booking the appointment.

I had a 90 minute facial scheduled, and was very disappointed when I walked in the door. The atmosphere was definitely not relaxing. It looked like a converted office building, including those cheap tiled ceilings. I decided to give it a chance, and the facial was very average. The biggest problem was when I noticed that as I was finished dressing, it had only been about 55 minutes... Definitely not the 90 minutes I was paying for! In all fairness, the manager did attempt to make it right by only charging me for one of the shorter facials. Still, I would not recommend this location based on the fact that it didn't feel "spa" like at all and the service was very average.
