I am a Reno NV resident who only discovered the benifits of massage and spa within the last few years. I have tried many area spas including most of the local casinos and have always wished I was at Spa Atlantis. The amenities alone keep me coming back on a regular basis. If i can't afford to splurge on a full treatment then I get a day pass just to relax and get away for a few hours. Every treatment from the signature services to the basic massage has been an experience to remember. The staff is amazing; from the consierge desk to the therapists I have yet to see an employee without a smile or a helpful attitude. And the atmosphere at Spa Atlantis is one of overall relaxation and general well being. I would highly recommend Spa Atlantis to anyone and everyone!!!

My massage experience was great. The room I was taken to was very nice and calming and the massage table itself was very comfortable. The waiting room was also well decorated and comfortable. She even warmed my robe for me during my massage which I LOVED! They seemed to be slightly under-staffed when I visited but the girls that helped me that day were very appologetic, helpful and polite. The facilities however left something to be desired. All of the ares seemed well kept but upon closer inspection could have been much cleaner. Towels were stained, lounge covers were dirty and the flooor was grimy in common areas. The hot tub was not quite hot and the cold plunge was luke warm. The steam room was very bright which made it kind of hard to relax. I would visit Spa Toscana again for a massage only but would not stay for the day experience.
