I NEVER MADE IT DUE TO THE SERVICE

this spa has poor customer service written all over it. we weren't able to make our appointment because i was sick. as soon as i realized i called and left a message. it was late at night when i called so i expected a return call the next morning. i did not get a call back as requested so i called them. the two receptionist were quite rude and said that my calling them was not 24hrs in advance and i was to be charged. after some debating with the less than friendly Maria i discovered that i could reschedule with no fee. this experience made me not even want to try the spa which is saddening because i was really looking forward to going.
I would visit this business again? NoVenchi Day Spa

my cousin and i visited this spa for the 4th ofJuly holiday. i had never been to a spa before and was a little nervous due to the area we were in. once we got inside the spa it was like we were in another world. the owner helen performed my massage and i was in heaven. i later had a manicure by monica and she was great. my cousin and i relaxed, laughed, and truly enjoyed our time at the spa.
I would visit this business again? Yes
