I bought a Groupon and took my neice for a mani/pedi, which retail for $40 each. The manager strong-armed a 25% tip ($10 each--I was going to leave 10-15% given the very mediocre service) and I was so in shock that I didn't know how to say no.
Also, I had to do my own topcoat. My manicurist was itching to leave and packed her bags and left while I waited for my neice. Very rude and unprofessional!
I would visit this business again? No
