Have had a couple of great facials here with Carmen. Never disappointed. Facials can often be disappointing since so many spas do not offer extractions with them. Carmen does a thorough job. It's expensive but worth it. Quiet atmosphere and they treat you well.

I've been here several times over the last few years for a variety of treatments, and noticed in the last year their overall service has declined. While I've had some great ayurvedic massages in the past, my last visit was indeed my last visit. I had booked a hot stone massage while they were running a $75 special on weekdays. When I got there the therapist had not been told it was a hot stone massage and had not prepared the stones. So she gave me a regular massage instead. That wasn't bad, but she was clearly distracted (perhaps by the confusion over the type of appointment) and I was so drenched with oil when I left I had to shower when I got home. While most of the staff are nice, the place seems less and less organized and not well run. A shame because its a great location and has a lovely interior. But I won't be going back here.
