Did not feel welcome as a new client.The place was not busy on a sat morning. Overall look of the place is not inviting.Charged an EXTRA $30 just for a blow dry for my short hair... on top of the price for the cut. Not worthhi t. Go somewhere else. Oops did I mention that the owner is new and so is everyone else. No one quite knows how things work as far as pricing Maybe after time they'll figure it out but not on my dime!

I would visit this business again? No

So sorry she did not feel welcome. She was greeted warmly & offered a beverage upon arriving. While checking out she stated how she liked both her hair & the stylist(30 years experience). About 10 minutes later she returned after pricing services at a low end hair salon in our center. She was now not happy w/ our price & left. Out of professional courtesy ownership was going to offered her a standing discount for hair services but after listening to her unwarranted complaints we decided we were not for her. We were very busy that morning w/ spa services (massages,facials & waxing)in our 8 rooms. Customer may have thought the spa was just a regular hair salon. Yes owner is new, 25 years of successful business ownership, overall look not inviting ?? spa newly renovated in June 2010 - everyone new?? same staff as before. It's somewhat puzzling that this first time customer knew so much about the personnel & the spa in general.
