Spa in a strip mall. Need I say more? They were rude, started services late, shorted me on the time I payed for. I was obviously an inconvenience to them.

Nails were horrible. The nail tech Roxanne scolded the front desk for giving her a "new" client. She rushed me thru the service to get to her preferred people, and did a horrible job. Talked to everyone else in the room during my service except me.

And the place just smelled bad....

I would visit this business again? No

This is not a customer. We have a computer that keeps our customer history. There is no such Karen J. Also we have a recent employee terminated that is trying to slander our business. The salon is spotless and there is no smell. The variety of services are huge. So this makes this an obvious slander.
