This is not a spa. It is a noisey hair salon.

The title of the review says it all. I received a gift certificate to the salon and decided to have a massage and mani-pedi.
The massage rooms are cold and located right next to the noisey waiting room. The therapist turned the music up loud to drown out the conversations and passing footsteps. This was not very relaxing.
The mani-pedi were no better than the service I would receive at shopping mall nail salon.
Thank goodness this visit was free to me. The next time I receive a gift certificate, I will sell it.

I have had many services at Shen Shen and have never been disappointed. Bob Jones delivers an amazing Thai Massage and Jen Gargrave is the queen of Shiatsu and Reiki. I have never had to wait and the spa is open on Sundays. All around fantastic spa experience every time.
I would visit this business again? Yes
