"Tranquil and Restorative - describes my experience at Lifestream... I arrived at the spa having just finished a half-marathon (and won second!) and immediately felt a sense of peace and relaxation beyond expectations. The attention to detail from the cozy foot slippers to the aromas, candles and light music... the calming art pieces, hardwood floors and natural colors of the lounges and treatment rooms created a space to relax and unwind the mental and physical stress I had just endured hours previously...
For anyone wishing to escape from the everyday, to meditate or rejuvenate, I highly recommend this fantastic spa - best of all, the treatment I had was excellent (and given by the owner herself) - I highly encourage those getting a body massage to add on the 'treat the feet'!! You will have no regrets:)
The herbal loose-leaf teas and complimentary mimosas were also much appreciated!
