I was given Ann Renfroe's number and was told that she was "the best around" Pfft....if that wasnt a lie! So i called Ann and spoke to her several times about coming in for her to look at some ideas for a cut and style i was wanting to get for my wedding coming up in sep. 2010...Monday aug 9 2010 i visit Allure to meet with Ann and was only going to talk about things. I get there she takes me back and starts playing with my hair, talking to me about my ideas. Then she says "well I can go ahead and cut you if you would like"? She then washed my hair and started cutting my hair as she "THOUGHT" it was in the picture... she makes me stand up as she cuts my hair, then as she is doing that her other client comes in...so she then tells me to blow dry my own hair and she would be right with me. When im done drying it i look at it in horror! MY WEDDING! I start telling her i dont think this is right and how can we fix it?...After all of her poor attempts to FIX it, and her telling me "i told u i didnt have time to style it for you" i told her "IM DONE"! and stood up and asked her how much do i own you??? She had the nerve to tell me $60 bucks?!?!?! I thought to myself, "Are you kidding me"? Lesson learned...I should have known with the poor location (unseen in a run down old plaza) and how her hair looked!!! She razor cut my entire hair, it looked unhealthy and distroyed! DO NOT GO TO ANN AT ALLURE!!!!!!!
I would visit this business again? No
