The staff were very polite and very experienced. I have been to this spa 3 times all ready and all have been "The clean as a whistle facial" If you are looking for a spa in New york to go to Try this sap its awesome. The only negative thing i can say abut this sap is the price of the products for those of you who plan to but them, they are pricy.
