My husband booked this spa based on the reviews of previous members and boy were we shocked when we arrived. This is NOT a spa, more like a converted 2 bedroom in mid-town Manhattan. There is no locker room to change, no showers/steam room, no towels, and no robes/slippers. The waiting room has old furniture and self service tea which you have to plug in the kettle to make yourself a cup and water from a plastic pitcher with paper cups. My husband's massage was less then average and my facial was lack luster. This was not worth the money that we paid and we felt so mislead by the website and reviews.
I would visit this business again? No
