Extremely clean, calming ambience, and very talented staff! I had probably the best massage ever, better than Manhattan spas, and their signature facial was superb. Will definitely visit again!!

Very unprofessional--showed up for appointment and they told me i wasn't in the system. Had already 3 phone conversations with staff and manager prior to appointment--ended up scheduling me for the wrong date and could not accomadate me.
