I went for a body scrub massage, waxing and an airbrush spray tan in preparation for a vacation I was going on. Skip the spray tan. It was a joke. I had to stand in a freezing uninsulated room with a huge draft. The technician did an okay job but the tan did not last, go to the Air Brush Tanning Studio in Fair Haven. The body scrub was great but the bathroom to rinse off in was less than desirable.

I would visit this business again? No

We are responding to your review posted on August 26th 2010. We have for the past well over 8 months have removed air brush tanning off of our service menu. If you were that unsatisifed with a service one would think that you would come forward with a review or response prior to that length of time passing.Reviews overall are to be utilized in a constructive professional manner. It is unfortunate that that you felt your experience with this spa was not to your satisfaction and that the spa was not notified in a timely manner to address your concerns. As you can see the track record of this establishment's past reviews is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
