I had a mani/pedi and everything was good. I have had slightly better ones so was glad this was on special and not the full price. Be careful, if you book a spa finder deal you will not be able to use a spa finder gift certificate to pay for it, I did not get told this until checkout time even though when I booked I asked for the spa finder deal and asked if they accepted spa finder certificates; nothing is listed about this restriction.

Hi Sandra- I am sorry to hear about your experience. When SpaFinder first started these events, they told guests and participating spas that they could not use their SpaFinder gift certificates for the already discounted services. Long story short, they have changed the format and all wellness week events going forward will be eligible for Spafinder gift cards- which is good for all of us. : ) We hope you will come back again!
