i also used a gift card at this spa and was a little upset with the way i was treated, just because i was paying with a gift card i got charged top dollar for my procedure. Cash was used to purchase my gift card so why should i get treated any different than someone paying with cash or credit? Kim wrote the review about them automatically taking out there tip, the same was done to me as well. Like i really didn't plan on tipping because i was using a gift card!!! i wouldn't send anyone i know here unless they are paying with cash or credit!!!
